A clean, organized and professional looking facility is maintained with manufacturing processes in place to ensure an efficient operation. The temperature controlled tool room is fully equipped with necessary tooling and machinery to overtake the most stringent requirement jobs.   Solomon Engineering Inc. can provide complete inspection and repair of Flameholders. We are fully equipped to perform these repairs in our facilities, by applying the required technical orders processes.  The processes include but are not limited to the following: CNC and Manual Machining, Milling and Drilling Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) Grinding, Surface and OD/ID TIG Welding in controlled atmosphere Heat Treatment, High Vacuum and Inert gas Abrasive Blasting Inspection and Testing The repair cycle is usually under 30 days and MICAP one week or better!
